This is a unique experience where you can come into contact with eels from Lake Hamana, which are well-known throughout Japan. Live eels are released into a shallow pond, and you can catch them with your own hands, allowing you to experience the eels' agility and slimy texture firsthand.
After the eel is lightly grilled by a chef, you can skewer it, smear it with sauce, and grill it yourself.
After experiencing the entire process from catching the eel to preparing it as a food ingredient, you will enjoy the unadon (grilled eel rice bowl), a dish that can only be eaten here in Japan.
