[Outbound Journey] [Bentenjima → Kaikokan] Take a boat from Bentenjima to Kaikokan! Hamana Lake Cruise

After getting off the train, it's about a 3-minute walk to depart for a cruise across Lake Hamana. The boat connects Bentenjima Seaside Park, adjacent to JR Bentenjima Station, where you can enjoy gourmet food and events such as the "Enbai Morning Market," with Imakire Experience Village Kaikokan, which offers a variety of experiences including eel catching, fishing, and BBQ.

Enjoy the scenery from the lake while traveling smoothly, making the journey itself an enjoyable part of the trip.

Located next to JR Bentenjima Station, Bentenjima Seaside Park boasts excellent transportation access and is surrounded by numerous restaurants. Various events, such as the "Enbai Morning Market," are regularly held there. From Bentenjima Seaside Park, you can take a boat directly to "Imakire Experience Village Kaikokan," where you can enjoy a variety of activities!

 

 

1. Meet in front of the pier in Bentenjima Seaside Park

Just three stops from Hamamatsu Station on the local line, take the JR Bentenjima Station to the South Exit, and after a 3-minute walk, you'll be right in front of Lake Hamana!

If you are coming by car, there is a parking lot next door (410 yen/day)

Please use the red Maisaka Town Symbol Tower as a landmark and come to the pier in Bentenjima Seaside Park.

 

2. After listening to the explanation of precautions to take on the boat, put on a life jacket and board the boat.

We have life jackets available for children and belt-type life jackets for adults.

After boarding the boat, we will head south to the "Imakire Experience Village Kaikokan".

 

 

3. Take a commemorative photo in front of the Maisaka Town Symbol Tower.

Midway through the tour, the boat will pull up close to the red symbol tower. You can take a commemorative photo from the boat with the symbol tower in the background.

 

 

4. Arrive at Imakire Experience Village Kaikokan.

At Imakire Experience Village Kaikokan, you can enjoy a variety of activities such as "eel and fish catching experience," "boiled whitebait experience," "fishing," and "BBQ," while nearby Hamana Lake Park Village offers "camping" and a "dog run."

★Option: "Play on the rocks at the uninhabited island of Ikari-se" (additional fee of 500 yen/person, payable on site)

If you wish,Please inform the Bentenjima Pleasure Boat Association before boarding.

When the tide is out, you can enjoy exploring the tide pools on Ikari-se, an uninhabited island floating in Lake Hamana.

There is no time limit for the tide pooling option, so you can enjoy it while the tide is out.

◎Life jackets, footwear, nets, and buckets are available for rental. You can come empty-handed!

You can also take commemorative photos right underneath the red symbolic tower.
