Its stability makes it safe even for beginners. You can spend your time however you like: taking photos, relaxing and admiring the scenery, or bringing your own drinks and snacks to enjoy a lakeside cafe experience. *Although there are two seats, dogs (one small dog only) are allowed to ride along.
*We have life jackets for dogs available, but please bring your own if you have one.

【Important Notes:】
・Weight limit: 1kg per person
・This experience will be conducted in Japanese only.
・There is almost no chance of falling into the water, but if you are concerned, please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
・The tour will be held in light rain (ponchos will be provided), but cancellation is possible. The tour may be canceled if it is deemed dangerous due to the strength of the rain or wind.
・As a general rule, we will contact you by mobile phone or email the day before if the experience needs to be cancelled, but please note that due to sudden changes in the weather, the experience may be cancelled just before it starts.
・Please note that the following people cannot participate:
Those who have been drinking or have a hangover / Those who are pregnant or at risk of becoming pregnant / Those with illnesses or who are in poor health / Those who do not agree to the terms and conditions / Those who do not follow the guide's instructions / Those who are deemed dangerous by staff

Features of a pedal kayak

This is a two-person kayak that you pedal with your feet.

It moves smoothly even with minimal effort, allowing you to glide effortlessly across the lake surface. (Twice the propulsion with half the effort)

Its stable design makes it safe and easy to use, even for first-timers or those with children.

◾️ポイント

This is recommended for those who want to enjoy a casual stroll on the lake in their everyday clothes, as well as families, friends, couples, and those with dogs (small dogs only).
*For medium-sized dogs and larger, the "4-person pedal boat" is recommended for a more comfortable experience.

Since both hands are free, you can enjoy looking at the scenery or taking pictures.

◾️Recommended ways to spend your time

It's also recommended to take a short break from pedaling along the way and enjoy a "cafe time on the lake" while admiring the scenery.

Bring your own snacks like burgers and sandwiches, local sweets, and your favorite drinks, and enjoy a unique and memorable experience on the lake.

What you can experience in this tour

1. Explanation and life jacket wearing

First, you'll complete the registration process and receive instructions on how to use the pedal kayaks and important safety precautions for the experience.

They provide detailed instructions on how to operate the vehicle and recommend sightseeing spots, so even first-timers can feel at ease.

After the explanation, you will put on a life jacket, which will be provided free of charge.

You can experience this in your everyday clothes, so there's no need to change into a wetsuit or anything like that. Since you'll be pedaling to steer, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement is recommended.
