This plan with access to special seating is exclusive to Hamamatsu, Lake Hamana, and Yaramaka Tourism. Why not watch your first boat race from a special seating area that's usually off-limits? This plan is recommended for those who are interested in boat racing but feel it's too difficult.
You can relax knowing that the "Hamana Girls Crew" will teach you the basics of boat racing.

    ・If the race is cancelled, the tour will be cancelled.
    ・If a race is cancelled, we will contact you by phone. Races may also be cancelled just before the start of the tour or during the tour.
    ・Please apply at least 10 days before the tour date.
    ・The tour is for people aged 20 and over. Only one person under the age of 20 may accompany a participant free of charge. In addition, 1 yen worth of electronic money will not be provided to accompanying persons.
    *Participants in this tour are exempt from the 100 yen entrance fee. Please do not go through the gate and speak to a staff member. However, please note that we cannot issue refunds if you mistakenly pay the 100 yen and enter the building.

What you can experience in this tour

1. Guide to the Lake Hamana Boat Race Facility (Information Center)

It is a beautiful, spacious, bright building with plenty of sunlight streaming in. It feels like an extraordinary place, like a theme park or a luxury hotel.

 

2. Guided to invited seats, beginner tour

The "Hamana Girls Crew" (hereafter "Crew") will guide you to your special "reception seat." The moment you open the door to the room, Lake Hamana spreads out before your eyes!

The private rooms with panoramic views have a special feel to them.

We will give you the BOAT RACE Beginners Guide, today's race list, and 500 yen in electronic money.

The "starting sheet" is a list of numbers and letters, and it can be difficult for beginners to understand what it says and where to start looking, but the crew will explain everything to you in detail and answer any questions you may have.

3. Watch and vote for about XNUMX races

You can see the boats on the lake below. The crew will explain how to watch the race and the racers.

The crew will explain how to purchase your ticket, and you can purchase it using electronic money.

The tension and excitement of waiting for the race results from my special window seat is overwhelming.

There is a free drink corner outside the private rooms, and a food truck is set up near the entrance, so you can bring in food you have purchased.
Just relaxing, eating delicious food, watching the race and the scenery of Lake Hamana is sure to release you from the stresses of everyday life.
