Would you like to try your hand at making soy sauce, a traditional Japanese seasoning, at a long-established brewery founded in 1897? If you are from overseas, this is a valuable opportunity to experience traditional Japanese culture, and if you are a Japanese family, you can experience how soy sauce is made from soybeans as a food education experience for your children. You can experience it by touching and learning. In the soy sauce making course, you can choose from three courses: ``Squeezing Experience'', ``Squeezing and Pasteurization Experience'', and ``Preparation Experience''. Both courses are aimed at elementary school students and above, and in the "Squeeze experience" and "Squeezing/pastoring experience" courses, you can actually bring and change soy sauce.
